WHERE ARE LUCKY DRESS ATELIER GOWNS MADE?
All Lucky Dress Atelier gowns are handmade in our Krakow studio, packed, and shipped from our Polish headquarters.
We are in process of moving our atelier to Newfoundland, Canada! -
DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery to over 80 countries via DPD and/or DHL Express with full tracking. Packages shipped within Poland are sent via the Polish Post and/or INPOST. You will receive your product within 2-5 business days after the package is shipped.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER A DRESS?
Once you place your order, our bridal stylist will work with you to confirm your order, wedding date, size, and dimensions. Your dress will be hand-sewn in our Krakow studio, starting with the allocation of fabric, which is then cut and sewn by our talented seamstresses. Your gown will go through testing and a final quality check by our team before being packed and shipped to you.

CAN I ORDER AN URGENT DELIVERY OF MY WEDDING DRESS?
If you need your bespoke wedding dress delivered within 8 weeks to 5 months, you may be eligible for PRIORITY Order. Depending on the dress choice and for an additional fee, we will expedite the order.

HOW DO I WORK OUT MY SIZE?
We will tailor your bespoke dress to your size range and height according to the instructions provided after ordering. If you are purchasing a dress in a specific size, choose based on our size chart available on our website. -
CAN I CUSTOMIZE OR CHANGE YOUR DESIGNS?
Absolutely! You can customize and personalize any of our designs. Contact us via email: luckydress77@gmail.com or Instagram @bridal_polina, to order a wedding dress according to your own design!

WHAT IF I LOSE/GAIN WEIGHT?
We make every effort to ensure your dress is properly fitted. If you order well in advance of your wedding date, we can confirm your size before we start sewing the dress, and then update your measures during the work process.

CAN I CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER?
You can cancel an online order within 24 hours of purchase (custom orders excluded). Send a message to luckydress77@gmail.com to inform us of your cancellation. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Doesn't fit perfectly? Just let us know - we'll be happy to help! The exact terms of returns can be found in our tab - RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
