FITTINGS IN OUR ATELIER

We prioritize your comfort and satisfaction every step of the way. Once you've ordered your wedding dress, you become a part of our family, and we're dedicated to bringing your dream dress to life.

We offer two free fittings to ensure the perfect fit and to make any minor adjustments needed. During these fittings, we'll discuss the details, take your measurements, and ensure everything is to your satisfaction.

Our team will provide expert advice on the best way to showcase your unique features and ensure that you feel confident and comfortable on your special day

ONLINE SEWING

Distance is no obstacle to creating your dream wedding dress with us. We offer online sewing services to brides from all around the world, including the USA, Canada, South Korea, France, Germany, and beyond.

After you place your order, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to take your measurements, and we'll ask for 3 photos of you in elastic clothing or underwear. Then, we'll transfer your measurements to our mannequin, creating a silhouette that's almost identical to your own.

Our team will sew your dress according to your measurements, sending you progress photos along the way so you can see how your dress is coming along. You'll also have the opportunity to make minor changes to your design during this time.

Once your dress is complete, we'll send you final photos for your approval. You can then choose to have your dress shipped directly to you or arrange to pick it up in person. No matter where you are in the world, we're committed to providing you with the same exceptional service as if you were right here with us in Krakow.

PICK UP OR SHIPPINGING OF YOUR WEDDING DRESS

We can't wait to see the smile on your face and tears of joy when you try on your perfect wedding dress. This is the moment when we make the final touches and any necessary adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To ensure that you have your dress ready in time for your ceremony, we recommend scheduling your pickup two weeks or one week before the big day. If you've opted for shipping, we'll send the dress at the agreed-upon time.
