SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

All our wedding dresses, evening dresses, and wedding accessories are sewn in Poland (Krakow). After the sewing process is completed, each product undergoes quality control. We then pack and ship the item to your address using Polish Post, INPOST, DPD, or DHL Express. We ship our products worldwide!

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive tracking information from our Dispatch Team so you can track your package.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We offer worldwide delivery via DPD or DHL Express. International orders take between 2-5 business days to arrive. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

If you order a wedding dress outside of Poland, please note that import duties and taxes may apply in your country. We advise you to check the estimated cost with your import/customs department when ordering from outside Poland so that you are aware of any fees that may be required to pay. Please note that these fees are independent of us and are imposed by the tax law of the country in which you are located.

Courier companies are responsible once the package is shipped. Please contact the supplier you selected when ordering the shipment to clarify any issues.
